Camila Rojas Peralta

Camila Rojas Peralta trained in comparative politics at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and spent several years with the electoral-observation missions of the Organization of American States before joining the Institute in 2022. Her research compares how the design of electoral systems affects representation and turnout across the region's presidential democracies.

She maintains the Institute's dataset of electoral-administration reforms, which tracks rule changes across Latin America since 2015, and reviews the methodology behind its civic-participation surveys.
